The Plot...
When the ancient continent of Atlantis was destroyed, it left behind lots of wreckage near a place that would eventually become a nuclear testing site. When the testing began, it shifted an object which was then hurled into the New Mexican Desert, near Los Alamos. It opened to reveal a woman. Lara Croft, however, is somewhere in India over 50 years later. She meets up with a Mr Larson, who she has met before, and they discuss a business oportunity. The laptop he hands her opens to reveal a webcam connection to the woman in the object that crashed in the desert 50 years ago. She hasn't aged a day. Her name is Natla. She discusses Lara heading to Peru to find the Scion. Apon finding the artefact, Lara meets up with Larson and discovers that he's up to his old tricks trying to kill her and that she has been double crossed. She heads to Rome where the second piece of the Scion and an old enemy awaits. Pierre DuPont uses his magnums on our heroine, but fails and Lara moves on to Egypt. While in Egypt, Lara is reunited with Larson, who she kills and gets the final piece of the Scion. Outside, Natla awaits with more thugs and steals the Scions. Lara follows them on her bike and onto the boat where she sees the lost continent, re-emerged! After exploration, and regaining the guns that Natla nicked from her, Lara reaches the Great Pyramid and pushes Natla into the lava before defeating the freak that Natla used the Scion to create. Lara meets Natla in the depths of the Pyramid and kills her, once and for all before escaping Atlantis before it explodes completely!
